I believe therapy can be beneficial to anyone looking to work through a difficult time in their life. I practice an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused therapeutic models with my clients. I assist my clients to process their current thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I help them to develop solutions to their presenting issues and encourage them to make positive and effective changes in the present and in the future. Sometimes all it takes is a shift in mindset and perspective!

I offer individual sessions and family sessions.
